a) Data Controller and Representative

In accordance with the KVKK, your personal data may be processed by DAP Yapı İnşaat Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. (“DAP Yapı”) as the data controller. In this context, our company, as the data controller , processes your personal data within the framework stipulated by the legislation and protects it by taking the necessary security measures.

b) Purposes for which your Personal Data may be Processed

Your collected personal data may be processed within the scope of the conditions specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK for purposes such as carrying out the necessary work for you to benefit from DAP Yapı's services, informing about projects and campaigns, executing contract processes, managing customer relations, carrying out marketing and promotional activities, customer satisfaction surveys, tracking requests and complaints, fulfilling legal obligations , planning internal activities, conducting financial and legal transactions .

c) To whom and for what purpose the processed personal data can be transferred

Your personal data may be shared with DAP Yapı's domestic affiliates, business partners, suppliers, service providers and authorized public institutions and organizations in accordance with the conditions specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK for the purposes stated above. In addition, it may be transferred to countries abroad where adequate protection is available or abroad if adequate protection is undertaken and the permission of the Board is obtained.

d) Method and Legal Reason for Collecting Your Personal Data

Your personal data may be collected automatically or non-automatically through various methods such as DAP Yapı head offices, sales offices, digital platforms (website, mobile applications), call centers, social media accounts, fair and event participations, e-mail, telephone, SMS channels. Your collected personal data is processed in line with the legal reasons specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK .

e) Your Rights as a Personal Data Owner

Pursuant to Article 11 of the LPPD, as data subjects, you have the following rights:
